Shein Global Holdings Ltd. is investing €500 million ($563 million) in its European operations as stricter customs regulations take hold in a key market for the online fast-fashion retailer.

The Hong Kong-listed company said Wednesday it will expand its logistics hub near Wroclaw, Poland, a major center for its European business. The project will add warehouse capacity and autonomous robots to help pick orders.

Shein expects the site’s workforce to reach 10,000 by the end of the year.
