Copper and tin fell alongside other industrial metals after renewed losses in Asian technology stocks raised concerns about demand for materials used in data centers and to solder circuit boards.

Both metals declined by more than 1% on the London Metal Exchange. The retreat came as investors remained concerned about spending by artificial intelligence companies and their stretched valuations.

Tin has fallen 10% this quarter, making it the worst performer among the LME’s six major metals.
