Arhaus is due to report third-quarter results before the market opens on Thursday, with investors looking for evidence that the demand recovery seen last quarter can continue. Analysts expect earnings of 9 cents per share on revenue of $369.7 million, which would represent a 7.2% increase in sales from a year earlier but a decline from the prior quarter’s stronger results.
The earnings forecast compares with the 28 cents per share Arhaus reported in the second quarter. Analysts cite the seasonal pattern of the home furnishings business as a factor behind the expected sequential drop, while the upcoming report may offer clues about sales momentum heading into the holiday period.
Attention is also on the response to Arhaus’s expanded catalog circulation. Analyst commentary points to website traffic rising more than 100% year over year in recent weeks following the mailing of the Fall 2026 catalog in late August. Investors will assess whether that increase in online engagement translates into sustained sales growth and helps the company reach the upper end of its comparable-sales guidance.
Margin performance is another focus. Analysts expect gross margin to expand by about 40 basis points, despite pressure from higher fuel costs, tariffs and occupancy expenses. The results may show how effectively the company is using pricing to offset those costs.
Analysts have also highlighted Arhaus’s business-to-business channel as a potential source of growth. Estimates suggest it could add 150 to 200 basis points to annual comparable sales, potentially beyond current market expectations.
The report follows a strong second quarter in August, when Arhaus posted earnings of 28 cents per share, above the 16-cent consensus, and revenue of $384.9 million, 5.5% ahead of expectations. Management credited the results to demand from its affluent customer base. For the third quarter, investors will be looking for signs that this strength has continued.
