Kyle Malady, executive vice president and group CEO of Verizon Business, sold 1,100 shares of Verizon Communications common stock on November 3, 2026. The shares were sold for $44.79 each, bringing the transaction’s total value to $49,269.

The sale was made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan that Malady adopted on May 18, 2026. After the transaction, he held 97,766 Verizon shares directly and an additional 20,530 shares indirectly through a 401(k) plan.

Verizon’s third-quarter 2026 results were mixed. Adjusted earnings per share reached $1.31, above the $1.28 forecast, while revenue of $34.31 billion fell short of the expected $34.77 billion. The company attributed the revenue miss to reduced device subsidies.

Freedom Broker upgraded Verizon to Buy and raised its price target from $53 to $55, citing earnings and subscriber growth. TD Cowen also maintained a Buy rating, while lowering its target from $56 to $55 and noting concerns over SPCX.
