Stifel has reiterated its Buy rating on Halliburton shares and maintained a price target of $43. Analyst Stephen Gengaro included the company in the firm’s “30 Stocks in 30 Days” series ahead of year-end, classifying Halliburton as a key franchise name within Stifel’s Tom Seaver category.

Halliburton is described as the largest U.S. pressure pumper, with a high-quality fleet and a market capitalization of $29.92 billion. The company also has international exposure through its portfolio of products and services, which supports growth outside the United States.

Stifel highlighted Halliburton’s investment in technologies such as Zeus electric fleets, iCruise drilling products, artificial lift and digital well construction solutions. The firm believes these initiatives support the company’s growth prospects. Gengaro also said that the market tends to overlook Halliburton’s global exposure through its products and services portfolio.

According to the information cited in the report, Halliburton has maintained dividend payments for 56 consecutive years. InvestingPro data indicated that the shares were trading at a price-to-earnings ratio of 15.11 and a PEG ratio of 0.26.

Halliburton recently reported third-quarter revenue of $5.7 billion, up 1.8% from the same period a year earlier and above Wall Street expectations. Adjusted earnings per share reached $0.60, compared with a forecast of $0.58. International operations, particularly in Europe, Africa and the CIS region, recorded revenue growth of 22.7%.

Other recent analyst actions have also been positive. Freedom Broker upgraded Halliburton from Hold to Buy, citing international growth and potential revenue and margin expansion by 2027. TD Cowen raised its price target to $48 while retaining a Buy rating, noting balanced performance across the company’s segments. The Drilling and Evaluation segment exceeded expectations and offset weaker results in Completion and Production.
