Pennsylvania’s measles cases reached 1,433 as of Monday, according to the state health department. The total increased by seven cases from the previous update.

The outbreak has led to 269 measles-related hospitalizations so far this year. State data also records five measles-related deaths in 2026.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed three measles-linked deaths nationwide but has not identified where they occurred. CDC data through October 29 showed 4,852 measles cases across the United States, including 1,411 in Pennsylvania.
