Gina M. Goetter, Hasbro’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, sold 7,262 shares of the company’s common stock on November 2, 2026. The shares were sold at $118.987 each, for a total of $864,083.
The sale was made under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan Goetter adopted on August 3, 2026. After the transaction, she beneficially owned 72,577 Hasbro shares.
The sale followed Hasbro’s third-quarter results, which exceeded expectations for both earnings and revenue. The company reported adjusted earnings per share of $2.90 and revenue of $1.59 billion, compared with forecasts of $1.86 per share and $1.48 billion, respectively. Hasbro also raised its full-year outlook.
UBS subsequently raised its price target for Hasbro to $137 from $120 and maintained a Buy rating. Analyst Arpine Kocharyan cited improved earnings performance, including an increase of more than 70% over two years when adjusted for a tariff refund.
