Bedrock CEO Jared Fleisher discussed the future of real estate in Detroit, citing Dan Gilbert’s investment in restoring and filling 140 buildings across Detroit and Cleveland. The properties together span more than 21 million square feet.
Fleisher also pointed to the Hudson’s site, the former department store location where a new tower is under construction. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
Fleisher discussed the redevelopment in an interview with Romaine Bostick on Bloomberg’s “The Close.”
